DVOLTT designs, builds and operates clean energy systems for industrial and public-sector sites: generation, storage, distribution, and the control layer that runs them. We take operations off full grid and diesel dependence, onto power they own and can account for. We sit inside a group operating across enterprise technology, consulting, artificial intelligence, robotics, infrastructure and agriculture.
Why we exist
Energy is the one large cost most operations have stopped trying to change.
Every light in that image is electricity demand. Almost all of it is rented.
Most operations treat energy like weather.
Something that happens to you, priced somewhere else, backed up by a diesel set that costs more every year and now carries a reporting penalty on top. For decades that was a reasonable position, because there was no practical alternative at industrial scale.
There is now. Owning generation changes three things at the same time: what you pay per unit, whether you keep running when the grid does not, and whether you can prove your carbon to a buyer or a regulator who intends to check. Those three used to be separate projects with separate budgets. They are one system.
What we do

Solar, storage, microgrids, EV infrastructure and the control layer that ties them together, delivered as one system rather than as separate purchases. You own the assets, or we finance and own them and you buy the output.

The technology side of the group matters more than it might look. The intelligence layer in an energy system is software, and having that capability in-house is why our monitoring and reporting is treated as part of the engineering rather than as a bolt-on portal.

We assess before we sell
Every engagement starts with your load curve, your tariff and your site. If the numbers do not work, we will say so. Telling you a site is not worth doing costs us one project and earns the next one.

We size against your load, not our catalogue
Systems designed around available roof area or a preferred product line are how sites end up over-built, under-used, or exporting cheap power they could have consumed.

We answer for the outcome, not the handover
Commissioning is not the finish line. Whether you own the asset or we do, someone is accountable for uptime and performance for the life of it, and that someone is named in the contract.

We measure it, so you can prove it
Metering at asset level, a baseline set before any claim is made, and reporting built for disclosure. A smaller number you can defend beats a larger one you cannot.

Pune, working across India.
Our office is in Baner, Pune. We work with sites across the country, which matters because net metering rules, open access terms and discom processes differ by state and a multi-plant operator needs one partner who tracks all of them.
