5. Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a guarantee of capacity, or a commitment to any price, timeline or performance level. Any engagement between us will be governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement will prevail over anything stated here.

6. Accuracy of information
